My name is Shana Winters and I am so excited to serve as Austin Elementary's school counselor this year! I am currently beginning my 16th year in education and my 8th as a school counselor. I can help students is a variety of ways and am always willing to be a listening ear when they need it. I will also be working with students in the classroom during guidance, small groups, and one-on-one.
