About Me

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year!! This is my 19th year of teaching and 19th year at Austin Elementary.  I taught in 3rd grade for 8 years and this will be my 11th year teaching 2nd grade. I love this age group!! My husband's name is Jon and between us we have 3 children.  Hagen is 19 and starting his 2nd year of college at Texas A&M in College Station. Our younger son Jagger is 15 and attends The Ninth Grade Center and our daughter Brooklyn is 15 and a sophmore at Weatherford High School. We love taking our boat out in the summer and spending time as a family. Also we love the Dallas Cowboys and take a trip every year to visit a different stadium.
